have some kind of love, become blind but hypocritical in this abnormal society: be unbearable catherine vanity thin and weak, bumptious betraying; have some kind of regret, be in so cruel society unexpected turn of events’ ferocious but frightful: be frenzied continuous heath cliff revenge, apprehensive helpless giving up all hopes.

so-called human nature, so-called truth, good and beauty are borrowing evil ugly in front of appearing like that lowly, like that easy to break to pieces. like that intense love , sinuous violent regret intertexture, love accommodates oneself to the extreme frenzied, regret accommodates oneself to the extreme demented , regretful to hurt , leave blood with sobbing , remaining endless scab is left ultimately.

but disregarding this world be how force and hold back our pure but fine copy of the first edition human nature, anyway dogleg and confine, how the misleading sum restrains , we essential points is more soberly comparing with others checks self doctrine: love needs to being apt such that concealing one"s real feelings , aide are sincere , being apt such that ling ran is apt such that being duty-bound and will not turn back firmly, can not love to the anesthesia , love to the life regret , love but to agony. continue being perplexed among indifferent enmity till destroying others also not destroying yourself , need to make great efforts to shake off the net vanishing into thin air , finish spending every day , conscientious cherishing flat and plain everyone, who loves you and you love.

that distinctive and heavyhearted as well ruthless quality grabs wuthering-heights my heart deeply, that the times love tragedy leaves drapery behind, perform but ceaselessly by us, when ability is end? or, this paradox is to redeem have no way to save forever.

before reading this novel, someone tells me it is very interesting, so i started to read this book with expectation and curiosity. and after iwas through with it, i was full of respect to the author.

the novel described a girl, called dorothy, was blew into an unfamiliar land which was far away from her hometown. then she tried to find the way home and finally she made it. during her journey, she experienced a lot.

to be honest, the author is really full of intelligence. his thought is so special that the plots are absolutely beyond my imagination. but it didn't surprise me when dorothy killed a wicked witch by accident, because every novel could start a story with such unusual coincidence. however, the next happened were really out of my expectation. first of all, dorothy's comrades were deadfully strange. for example, the scarecrow could speak ,walk and think, it is surprising, after all, his head was stuffed with straw, and just with eyes , nose as well as mouth painted on it to represent a face. it was even more surprising when changed new straws, he was still himself. he went to find the great oz because he wanted the great oz to give him some brain so that he wouldn't be laughed at by others and could do anying like a real man. the second was tin woodman, and his experiences were miserable. he fell in love with a beautiful girl and worked hard for their marriage, but the wicked with wanted to take them apart, so she cut off his legs ,arms head and heart one by one through using her magic. however, he was rescued by tinsmith, who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. so he was urgent to get a new heart. the third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined dorothy to get some courage.

the most wonderful thing beyond my thought was the great oz. it was said he was so great that was capable of doing everything.but actually, he was a humbug.this really disappointed them, because their wishes might not be satisfied. however, the humbug managed it because he knew they have already got what they wanted during the journey. here were some evidences. when every time they met trouble, it was scarecrow that came up with good ideas and helped them out; when every time they met monstrous beasts, it was the lion that stepped ahead and protected them. besides, the tin woodman was the one who was always kind to small animals and was sure to cry when he saw others' misery. the only they didn't obtain was confidence. so the humbug gave them confidence by using tricks.

there are some sentences i want to share with you:"no matter how dreary and gray our homes are, we people of flesh and blood would rather live there than in any other country,be it ever so beautiful. there is no place like home." "experience is the only thing that brings knowledge and the longer you are on earth the more experience you are sure to get." "there is no living thing that is not afraid when it faces danger. the true courage is in facing danger when you are afraid."

this book really worth reading.

the novel opens with the famous line, "it is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife.". and ends with two marriages: jane and bingley#39;s, as well as darcy and elizabeth#39;s. both couples are assumed to live happily ever after.

elizabeth (lizzy) bennet is the core of the family. elizabeth is the second of mr. and mrs. bennet#39;s five daughters, and is an intelligent, bold, attractive twenty-year-old when the story begins. in addition to being her father#39;s favourite, elizabeth is characterized as a sensible, yet stubborn, woman. misled by his cold outward behaviour, elizabeth originally holds mr. darcy in contempt. however, she finds that mr. darcy improves on acquaintance, more so than she would expect.

fitzwilliam darcy (commonly known as mr. darcy) is the central male character and elizabeth#39;s second love interest in the novel. he is an intelligent, wealthy, extremely handsome and reserved 28-year-old man, who often appears haughty or proud to strangers but possesses an honest and kind nature underneath. initially, he considers elizabeth his social inferior, unworthy of his attention, but he finds that, despite his inclinations, he cannot deny his feelings for elizabeth. his initial proposal of marriage is rejected because of his pride and elizabeth#39;s prejudice against him; however, at the end of the novel, after their relationship has blossomed, he is happily engaged to a loving elizabeth.

role of women in the 18th century

in late-18th-century england, women were relegated to secondary roles in society with respect to property and social responsibilities. for example, women were not permitted to visit new arrivals to the neighbourhood (such as mr. bingley in pride and prejudice) until the male head of their household had first done so. women were under enormous pressure to marry for the purpose of securing their financial futures and making valuable social connections for their families. therefore, marriage, though romanticised, was in many ways a financial transaction and social alliance rather than a matter of love. although jane austen did not condone loveless marriages (she stayed single all her life), she did approve of matches having equality in various respects, including wealth, social status, love and character. in pride and prejudice, wealth, social status, chastity (and the perception of chastity) and physical attractiveness are depicted as factors affecting a woman#39;s chances for a good m

this is a story book, the inside story is ridiculous, funny, interesting; it is more than a page of the book, the show is a long afternoon, just to meet all kinds of animal and a little girl there; it is also a book of fairy tales seems even in the most common the book, all the characters in the story are able to speak, have their own thoughts, and that any a fairy tale is almost no difference between what.

everything in this book is so strange and interesting. the people there could not speak, and the water that alice had eaten or drank could turn into small, small cakes and large mushrooms. paper, fantasy, adventure, lovely characters, vivid language brings us fantasies, adventures, and this brings us to a beautiful world together with alice.

alices wonderland is actually a girls growing up. the quality of growing up is worth learning. alice is full of curiosity, in order to own the "nightmare" like a dream, the rabbit began to resolutely pursue adventure; alice is strong, fell into the hole, she did not like a normal girl so desperate cry, but actively looking for a way out; alice is generous, in a a strange environment to meet people and things strange and not timid and cautious; alice is witty, in order to rescue the mad hatter, sneaked into the red queen palace and the red queen ferocious and ruthless knight representations of wits; alice is justice, in order to underground the stability of the world and joined the white queen c& alice is brave, in the face of the red queen of evil monster dragon she chose not to escape, but the courage to face; alice is confident, in the face of a stronger enemy and difficulties believe in yourself, inspire your potential, and conquer the monster dragon.

lewiss little girl, alice, always smiles and smiles like sunshine. everyone interprets different souls from her smile, and, as the author puts it, a magical journey for children, even for adults, is precious.

alices story was over and she finally woke up. she was still under the tree and went to tea immediately. (of course, the dishes were clean). when i saw the story in the early morning, i fell asleep. i wish i could come to wonderland in the footsteps of alice oh no, not necessarily wonderland, as long as its a pure place, one can only adapt to the place where only children can do it. i cant say im as fearless as alice, but ill try to do it and go back to the little girl.

in "alice in wonderland", i gathered a lovely little girl, her name is alice; and a lovely gift, that belongs to the innocence of a child.

no slavery, be equal

these days i've just finished the novel uncle tom's cabin that left a really deep impression on me and we can see。

it is a book written in 1852 in response to the passage of the fugitive slave law, uncle tom's cabin has been considered as the most influential anti-slavery novel in that period and described by stowe herself as a “series of sketches” describing the human cruelty of slavery, opens with a description of arthur shelby's kentucky plantation during the antebellum period。

there are several impressive characters in this novel, george who is clever and brave;harry, a beautiful and talented child who sings dances and mimes;mrs。 shelby, a very religious woman;sambo and qimbo and so on。 the major character uncle tom who was the most impressive in this novel was a devout christian。 he endured the miserable fate bravely and aroused the white's sympathy for slaves with his christ's sacrifice and the tolerance of returning good for evil。 this novel focuses on the distinctive personalities of uncle tom deeply influenced by christianity and the important role uncle tom's cabin playing on abolition; and the significance of “uncle tom” to the harmonious world's development, and the effect on modern people。

in the book, at the beginning, the author presents us a very beautiful image of a rather harmonious family who live a happy life。 however, that beautiful image couldn't last long, the darkness came soon。 the master of this happy family, uncle tom was arranged into a difficult situation。 as shelby, the not cruel master, he has incurred serious debts- prompting him sell some slaves to avoid financial ruin, so uncle tom, shelby's loyal servant since childhood was sold to mr。 haley, the slave trader。 uncle tom remained loyal to his master, despite his betrayal and the risk of death at the cruel hands of a new master。 the slaves at the plantation were very mournful, but tom remained placid and tried to read his bible for fort。 on the steamboat to new orleans, where tom was to be sold, tom befriended an angelic little girl, “little eva” st。 clare。 uncle tom saved the five-year-old beauty from drowning, and she convinced her father to buy tom for her own family。 in her family, tom enjoye

d his life because of the girl's love; tom's contentment does not last, however, because eva soon falls ill。 dying, eva asked mr。 st。 clare to free tom after her death。 but mr。 st。 clare is so sad by her death that he never legally freed tom before he himself was killed trying to mediate a barroom scuffle。 mrs。 st。 clare sold the slaves to settle her husband's debts and tom was sold to simon legree who was so violent that beat his slaves brutally。 at last, when mr。 shelby, finally found uncle tom, he was almost died。 after tom was dead and buried, shelby went back and freed his slaves。

as we all can see that uncle tom's cabin was an anti-slavery novel and it was even considered as one factor that caused the civil war。 in the novel, the slaves were sold from one place to another frequently, and their fate was tragic, with no exception- just like uncle tom, no matter he was under the control of kind masters or evil masters, he can't escape the misfortune of being sold from one master to another。 we can't see any human right of them, so terrible。

as someone said, with more people realizing the inhumanity of slavery in the 19th century, slavery became one of the most important issues and it became more violent year by year in american society。 however, slavery was not abolished irrevocably until ratification of the 13th amendment to the constitution in 1865, following the civil war。 after the passage of fugitive slave act of 1850, harriet beecher stowe wrote this novel uncle tom's cabin which publicized the evil of slavery to a wide audience。

now we are in the 21st century, we may never e across such kind of thing。 however, this book can always remind of us that there ever has existed this evil and we can't let it happen again。 and “equality” 、“human right ” can't just be a slogan, we should make it e true really and always。

this "gone with the wind" is liu ke yu "gone with the wind" to my side, look at it more than 1000 pages thick stack i was afraid, i was also stared her one eye, what is bad "gone with the wind", "gone with the wind" this so thick "gone with the wind", which have the confidence which i have the patience after watching it! so this "gone with the wind" is put on the bed by me, every day is pure accompany me to fall asleep. until recently, i had been sick at home and had read all the magazines and had no books to read. it occurred to me that the "gone with the wind", which had been dropped by me in the cold palace, had turned over a few pages, but i didn't realize that it would not be taken until i had spent three days watching it.

the theme of "gone with the wind" is a lot of ideas, writing about the fate of the beautiful people in the world, and writing about the american southern culture that has died away. the protagonist's thoughts and emotions are deeply influenced by the american civil war. the war changed women, who guarded their land in the flames of war and smoke. they were brave, strong and unyielding, because "tomorrow, is, an, otherday".

if reading "living" makes me feel depressed, reading "gone with the wind" makes me feel more angry and sad.

angry at the heroine scarlett's mean, cruel, and even sinister. in the past, the heroine is either warm and virtuous, tolerant or pure and kind, loyal, or hard to find true love. no, not long after the novel began, scarlett was seducing melanie's younger brother at the engagement party of ashley and melanie. soon they were married and had a son, and i was so angry that the image of the heroine was gone. her pride, greed, vanity, in order to achieve the end unscrupulous means, in the later plot of a show. she longed for love, and courageously pursued her love, regardless of all worldly notions. but when it comes to conflicts of interest and reality, she puts economic needs first. for 300 pieces of june's rent to rhett cheat money be found after failed, and repeated seduce even her sister's fiance dry old man fry, just because the withered old man have a small timber, able to provide her 300 yuan.

i dare not comment on the good and evil of life, because, after all, i am less than a third of the way of life. in my twenties, the idea may be naive. to be fair, i also felt a little sympathetic to scarlett, for the "selfish drilling" of her "unscrupulous means", perhaps those of which she had been forced to do so, to survive. quietly think about is, however, the protagonist in the turbulent era of change, a weak woman couldn't feed a family, a bunch of friends would not father in june. by means of a variety of cruel means, she changed her new life and became a new student of her friend's family by means of "cruel means".

on the other hand, scarlett's treatment of melanie was wonderful and caring. it may have been love for his love, but not at all. it was a miracle that these two women were completely different and had a lifetime of friendship.

although gone with the wind is just a novel, but by reading "gone with the wind", i also have a better understanding of the american civil war. judging from the historical perspective, the northern victory over the south is a historical progress and a necessity of social development. but by reading "gone with the wind", we can see from the point of moral judgment, there is kindness to be found in the southern slavery also have feelings, the north to the south to some extent is also a kind of aggression of the war, destroyed the order of the south and relationships, in some ways it intensified the ethnic conflict in black and white.

after reading the whole book, i also picked out two of my favorite words:

"beauty does not make a man noble, nor is his dress respectable." - warn vain people.

"i've never been a man like that, and i can't pick up some pieces of debris, stick them together, and then say to myself that the repaired thing is the same as the new one. it's broken -- it's broken -- i'd rather remember what it's like when it's best, and don't want to fix it, and then look at the broken places for a lifetime."

a quick skimming, and not the amount of truth, perhaps, when i read a few more times, will have more harvest.
